20.6.2017 OPEN POSITION: SALES MANAGER, DISTRIBUTOR SALES

We are now looking for a Sales Manager, Distributor sales

Your primary responsibility in this role will be to initiate, develop and support our distributor
network for the sale of our Marine and Solutions components and products. If your personal
characteristics enable you to succeed also in the Furniture business segment distributor sales
that can be be considered as a great advantage to you. You will be responsible for promoting our
standard product offering through distributors. You will personally drive profitable sales growth
by executing sales actions. You will report to the Managing Director. The position is located in
Helsinki, Finland and will commence as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for:
– Analyzing new markets and screening new distributor candidates
– Monitoring the performance of distributors, sales and marketing campaigns etc.
– Developing distributors and ensuring they have up to date knowledge on Tietoset products
– Supporting distributors in sales cases
– Contributing to distributor sales meetings, trade shows and training
– Working with and managing our partners to achieve their sales targets
– Creating sales proposals and quotations
– Communicating market requirements and product feedback to company management
– Defining and agreeing on marketing actions with marketing and business management

Requirements and Qualifications:
– B.Sc. or M.Sc. (or equivalent) in technical or commercial discipline
– Experience or knowledge in international sales and channel management
– Willingness to travel (up to 40% of working days)
– Strong negotiation and influencing skills
– Fluent English (other central European languages are an asset)

forward-looking strategic thinker with focus on the customers and in the satisfaction of their
customers.
